* Math - students are working on review for our Unit 1 test on Thursday September 25th.

grade 7 - pg. 35 # 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 15, 17

grade 8 - pg. 43 # 2, 3, 5, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13

 

* Language Arts - students have written and planned out their oral rant they will be recording/presenting on Thursday September 25th.

 

* History - we are currently working through chapter 3 in the textbook. The grade 7's are learning about the Seven Years War and the grade 8's are learning about how the new country of Canada will be governed.

 

* Phys Ed - we are currently working on our Fitness and Flag football unit. Students are encouraged to bring in a change of clothes. Students will be running the 12 minute run on Thursday September 25th.

 

* A reminder that we will be participating in the Terry Fox run tomorrow. Students are asked to bring in a $2 donation. Don't forget to bring your running shoes and water!
